Does anyone on here lift? Not just like going to planet fitness for an hour and doing bis and tris. Like legit powerlifting. If so post your 1RM for Bench, Squat , and Deadlift below!!

I lift but I'm not very strong. Current PRs are 320 squat 275 bench 420 dead. So 1015 lbs total.

I like lifting. Its great for stress relief

Those are great PRs man. You're in the 1000lb club. I just hit 1100 the other day at a 255 bench, 385 squat and 460 dead, and bro it was a great feeling.

You' right on that stress relief too, nothing like it

I do/did but haven't in a while. Biggest problem I've had was calves being too big for boots. Also I'm not posting my 1RM because I'm not in high school anymore and no one cares about that stuff. I find that being all around fit and ripped is way more satisfying than pushing specific max numbers. Why not post your rep weight too as that can be just as/if not more impressive.

Then again maybe that's because I'm weak af right now.

When I'm not in a sport I lift everyday after school. This spring I'm gonna go had af. Current pr's from last spring: 180 bench, 275 squat, 170 clean, 405 dead. 17M 180lbs

Dude same with the calves, i have a hard time getting my boots on sometimes too. But man who said maxing a lift is high school stuff? i didn’t start lifting until after high school. I get it’s just numbers, but that’s the fun in lifting. Getting super stoked for a lift and seeing what you can really push your body to do. Without being dumb and hurting yourself of course. But yeah I’ll agreee you can’t get anywhere without reps. I’m on the 5x5 program and I’m at a 225 bench, 335 squat, 365 dead, 155 barbell row and 145 overhead press. That’s my 5 rep max, but man that shit works you.

It’s cool to see how your body can progress and get stronger throughout the weeks. Even if it is just adding 10lbs.

Haven’t much in the last couple of years. I used to Olympic lift. These are my pr’s, although I could t hit them now.

Squat - 425

Front squat - 390

DL - 510

Clean - 320

Clean and jerk - 315

Snatch - 265

Bench - I don’t know. I don’t think I’ve ever gone over 200.
