park etiquette is a must in any park. if you are bitching about people falling then piss off you fall when you are pushing yourself to get better if someone falls go help em up and give them some pointers, its the least an 'expert' can do. my home mountain small as it may be even has two parks most of the time unfortunately one never gets used because there is usually a 'huge' gap or kicker. as for 'posers' the ones that have the attitude need their asses kicked but dont be quick to judge, so what if mommy and daddy bought them great new stuff, i just say lucky them must be nice. and for the people that snake ya carry a snowball toward the jump and if they get in your way pelt em. but most of all lets just get out to the mountain and have fun why waste your time bitchin at the hill when you can do one better and make them wish they were you when you stomp a sick trick.

You know something that would really make me applaud? A guy gets stuck in quicksand, then sinks, then suddenly comes shooting out, riding on water skis. How do they do that?
 
who cares if someone's got nice gear but can't stick it in the park? for all you know they could just be crossing over from big mountain or are coming off an injury. but if they've got an attitude problem and think they're all hype shit then you can bitch about them.

 
yo i think the simple resolution to this is just have a set rules as you enter the park and if you end up catching someone breaking them like sitting in landings and not minding other people when they have the right away for their own and our own safety then they should first get a warning and then get kicked out of the park.

 
I hate ignorant bastards who are in the lift line in decked out gear, gragging to their friends about how they can beat anyone on the hill and can do the latest tricks, then when you see them later doing a run through the terrain park they pull a pathetic straight air. Then you see them again in the line bragging about their corked 7...fucking posers. Learn a few tricks

 
Stinky, part of our culture, in the park, is that we have to learn everything the hard way. Most of us don't have very much money, i'm fresh outa university, and am tryin to get a job. We are simply pissed off, because they didn't earn the right to go there. They don't have any clue what goes on in the park, nor do they have any idea the silent rules we all have that respect one another. I go with snowboarders a lot, and we all feel the same way, they just are spoiled little bitches, with a silver spoon up there ass.

Cant we all just get along, fuck that, can't we all just get a bong
 
I hate kids that have to have the best, have to have 2003, and have to have their parents buy it for them. They're call trustafarians, kids who grew up on trust funds not knowing what its like to not have the best, so they get this hang up where they need it. Regardless of skill. Some people are way too materialistic.

Holy shit there are a bunch of newbies on this thread... what the little fags need is some super reality therepy... aka they need to get their asses kicked. Sure Posers are fags, but they help keep the ski industry going by buying all of the top of the line shit... it's just the people that snake lines that deserve to DIE!!

this is why I love blue mountain. completely fenced off park. you have to buy a $10 yearly pass to get in and watch a movie on safety and etiquette to get the pass. (and noone under 8 is allowed in) There are a lot less people that sit on landings and stop on lips. Plus, Blue saves on insurance this way so they can afford things like new rails and a superpipe dragon.

The only type of poser is the one that runs their mouth. If you buy amazing gear and just suck then at least you're supporting the movement.

what really pisses me off is when gay kids ski through the park but dont hit any tables or rails at all, they just start skiing towards them but at the last minute go around, i cant begin to telly you how many times i tried to start my run but had to stop cause of these people

my intire crew waited for his ass at the bottem of the hill and beat the shit out of him. i broke his poles agianst a tree, and we snapped one of his skis. fucker got uppercutted so much. he was bleeding from his eyes and shit, crying like a little pussy. i busted out a body slam on his ass and broke both of his arms. the ski patroler broke up the fight and clipped all of our tickets. we where gonna beat the shit out of the patroller but my mom came to pick us up.
