Skiers Drinking Energy Drinks

Yup, there is an article in powder magazine written by John Symms, and he flat out says, it's water. I wouldn't doubt him for a second. He rights a damn good article to, check it out sometime.

Energy drinks don't do much for me besides taste half decent, then make me crash. If I'm looking for a flavorful drink on the hill, I'd much prefer a coke or any other soft drink.
