Well that is what they think at Wolf Creek ski area. They are advertising on the radio and on their site that they have "Snowfall Year To Date: 40 inches" that is how much snow they have gotten since last December. Email them and let them know how lame it is to do that. here is their weblink.

They have recieved 40+ inches this season...and several hundred last season

but now I am dumber for responding to your stupidity
 
no, they have not had 40" this "season" no way. If they did they would have more than a 14" base. So "guys" take you head out of it just for a moment and go look at their web site.

snowmelts sometimes there is a diffrence betwean the total amount of snow a settled snow base deapth

are you a skier? even if wolf creek did fuck up, which they didn't, you'd essentially be calling yourself stupid - as well as everyone on this site, therefore increasing YOUR stupidity tenfold. so stop trolling and post something useful.
 
since they had a 700 inch year last year, its impossable for them to have 40 since last december, i skied 3 new ft of snow their in march
 
about 10 inches of natural snow packs out to about an inch of base. don't quote me on those numbers tho

none of us are sexist, but jesus anyone w/ common sense knows that wolf creek has had more than 300 inches since last december
 
skierchic, I'm not going to use your sex as a way to correct you. Let's say that Wolf Creek has a 14 inch base, meaning that AT MOST, they received 26 inches of snow from January 1st to the end of the season. At Wolf Creek, no, not at all.
