is it just me or is there more crap snowboarders in the park than there are crap skiers, kids just watch some movie with snowboarding in it, strap the thing to their feet and crowd the park. they just do it to be cool and because everybody else is doing it. thats the thing about skiers, we do it because we think its sick, not because some movie showed a bunch of skiers getting "RAD", probably because there are no movies like that because skiers are steriotypically the stuck up fags making sweet turns down the "black diamonds", with the exception of actual ski movies, MSP, PBP, Level 1 and all. bottom line is if they wanted to make thge park less crowded, make park passes and have huge shit that little jimmy snowboarder wont hit.

that sucks dude im sorry...i remember way back when the park at loon was boarders only....used to sneak in anyway! you should get all 208 of you to write emails, and real letters, and call them. but also since they see you as just kids, get your parents to call too, adults have more influence sometimes...

evem if its just a rumor..it shouldn't have been thought of in the first place....skiiers hav as much respect at creek as boarders and should be able to do the same things

Did you send the email to the email link on their site? If that's the one I think I'll send them something inquiring about the parks and skiers next year. Obviously it won't be typed like my prior post, that was just a quick mini rant.
 
I know what you mean man. Skiing around my home mountain is starting to gain respect again by the general crowd because of that. Skiing was only allowed into the park again back in 2000 if I remember right and it still has yet to hold a ski park event. Snowboarding comps. only but there's a good group of local shredders there now working on that.
 
how about you get a bunck of people like me who do not ski there to write letters to this dude pretending we ski there and maybe they will do something

It's going forward then suddenly falling back. I want skiing to be more respected. When I say I ski most people probably think of racing or something, not park.
 
try as hard as you can to lift this but if you cant get skiiers in the park either live with having to poach it or blow it up
 
Fuckin' boarders think they own the place. I have boarder friends and I will only ski with the ones that are chill with skiers because the ones that aren't usually suck ass and are posers
