it doesn't matter. my roomamte snowboards and i ski, but we keep up with eachother and shred the same shit. its nice watching a snowboarder hit the same lines

Pretty much the same situation for me. I get stoked on his boarding, he gets stoked on my skiing. I don;t see why people perpetuate the ski v board shit.

For everyone else who was as confused as me by this post, I think I can translate:

"Do you guys like riding with skiers just as much as boarders as long as they can keep up with your skill level?"

O and I mainly ride with my friends no matter their skill level or orientation but I am a midwest park rat so skill level doesnt matter as much

I feel like skiing with a snowboarder or snowboarding with a skier, just helps you progress, I mean i snowboard but rode with mostly skiers in high school, and I progressed more when i was riding with skiers than other snowboarders, I guess from just watching a skier do something and then trying to emulate it.

I snowboarded for 5 years and have skied for 3, and I definitely prefer skiing. There's only one kid in my crew that snowboards and we give him shit all the time but its all just kidding around. On the mountain, I don't really care if you ski or board as long as you aren't an idiot

Summary: Doesn't matter to me as long as you're not an idiot

I'm the only one who skis out if my friends, skiing with snowboarders is alright, but getting on the lift and always waiting for them to strap in gets annoying after a while

Depends on the boarder or skier.

Some boarders piss me off by sitting on their asses where they shouldn't and talk smack about skiers. And Skiers have flaws as well. But I do have friends that are both.

the only thing i mind is waiting for them to strap in at the top of every lift, especially since it's common to ride a lift 50+ times a day in the midwest.

As long as the lift doesnt have a flat run after it, I try to strap in while im still on it. saves alot of time

considering a few of the boarders from my highschool are planning on dubbing this season, i must disagree
