man every time i say steeze at school or wuteva near any snowboarders they think im a freakin nutcase. I do have some skiers in the same clas as me but they mostly race like the only people who understand wut i meen wen i say b.a. or sumtin. I wuz just wunderinif u guys get the same reaction

a lot of my friends who do ski get confused when i talk about tricks and stuff, they arent very into the whole newschool scene.

i live in the middle of a corn field. 75% of the kids at my skool are mexican cause of the fukin mushroom farms that stink up the town. i'm the only skiier for miles. no one ever knows what i'm talking about. it sucks cause i can't talk to anyone about it. thank god for NS.

i say 'sick' alot at school, and my school is a very prissy place, and especially girls have never seen skis before. so when i say that kind of stuff around anyone that ISNT my skier friends, (guys) they are like, 'did you just say sick?' ...like i am some wierdo or something. sheesh.

yep, steeze usually gets an awkward glance. Sick or ill, although not used often, gets a weird reaction and so forth. It's neat

everyone around here just assumes you snowboard. if you say you went to tahoe.. the go 'oh, how was boarding?'

its annoying that boarding seems to be the only 'cool' thing to do, and when you say you SKI.. they go 'oh, skiing is gay'.

pretty much always seems to work out in that order.

sick comes from skateboarding i think. al my friends have juswt gotten used to words like steeze but they used sick, so it doesnt come from skiing

steeze did not orginate from skiing, steeze is a word that rappers started using in the 80's to mean style. we just brought it back from the dead i guees you could say.

there is much more to life than flourescent lights...
