i kinda like it cause I've done it a bunch of times. you say its boring but when you're doing it full contact style, its mad fun.

although it ain't better than slopestyle and stuff, skier-x is still kinda cool

All I can say is that you've never tried it, don't bash it. Skiercross is fucking insane, and maybe you don't like watching it, but that shit is intense when you're barreling down a gnarly course with three guys breathing down your neck. Dspin7x can talk all the shit he wants, but we all know that he couldn't hold a candle against any one of those guys.

Skier and Boardercross pulls in a lot of viewers. The average american NASCAR fan can't understand pipe or slopestyle at all, but the cross races are very easy for anyone to figure out.

anyone watch the snowboard slopestyle today?

i thought some of it was pretty sick but the technicalness of their stuff wasnt as good as skiing like i only saw 1 270 on and 1 270 off there werent very many switchups and the switchups were only like just turning around on the box there wasnt even that good of stuff off the tables the best i tohught was when travis rice i think did a double backflip cause he didnt huck it at al n it looked pretty sick

Zach Christ is one of the best all around skiers in the world. Reggie Christ is a mad man in the big mountains. Skier X is fun to watch.

I did UltraCross (1 boarder and 1 skier) and it was fucking crazy. It's full contact. It's so intense. It's like My War by Black Flag.

Anyone who has not tried it is, literally, ignorant. You have not experienced therefore you have no credibility to judge its quality.

Let's see you do it dspin. Oh, and usually the people walking around saying 'ps...I am (better' are the ones who suck ass. It's called false confidence. Congratulations, you're the most pessimistic person I've encountered on this site.

Yeah that shit you wrote East AR5 was probably some of the strangest shit I've ever heard. Any freeskier would beat someone who does Skier X because they have great control in the air? What about the other part of the race where they're on the snow?

I'm going to assume you don't realize that the guys doing Skier X train for that? A lot of them are ex racers, specializing in speed and controlled straight airs like you see in SkierX. To just say any freeskier could beat them is arrogrant, foolish, and most importantly, incorrect.

Alot of these guys are ex-WC racers, and they can barely contain themselves on these courses. So what makes anybody think they can compete with them.

 
Well dspinx has a point.Its just a bunch of racers hauling their asses around a lumpy course.

The racer do hit 100 km/h.Speed is difficult to get in a course like that.

But I do agree with dspinx,skierX is gay.

I have tried it. In fact I entered three skier cross contests and won them all and won all my heats. So a big fuck you to most of you guys up there, and kamikaze I may not be able to win but I can def hang with those boys on the skier cross course. Its really not that physical of a sport....yeah they crash but the guys arent out there throwing punches down the courses and tackling people.

Every skiercross racer is just a guy that couldnt hack it on the real downhill teams.

 
Every race I have watched it hasnt been that physical at all, its not like youre wrestling with the guys down the course. All they do is stick a elbow out or try to box out its really not all that physical, they wouldnt allow that.
