are there are biographies on skiers out there? not like racers, but perhaps mr mcconkey or somthing?

You know something that would really make me applaud? A guy gets stuck in quicksand, then sinks, then suddenly comes shooting out, riding on water skis. How do they do that?

There's a wicked biography on mcconkey that quebecfreestyler posted on here. I think it was taken from a freeskier mag.

yea scott gaffney wrote a 5 page story about mcconkey, i wouldn't call it a biograghy though, if you want some more history on mcconkey you can check out Scott Gaffney's 'Theres Something About McConkey'

I've looked all over the net for skier history but its hard to come by, theres hardly any on the New Canadien Airforce, all the stories are about the same though, but search around, i bet there will be loads on Tanner Hall soon, CR probably too

 
yea, iv go the movie, but i was just looking for a book to read for an assignment for english. plus it would just be cool if theres a good skier biography out there...
