Ski Yoga

I think it's fair to say we've all experienced the brutal post-urban-sesh-pain, that is associated with repetitive hiking, eating shit, steezy stomps, and celebratory dancing, but is there a cure?

I always try get a good stretch in before skiing, but I believe I lack the technique.

Any of you have any good post/pre sesh yoga routines?

 
hhhhhheeeeeeeelllllllll NOOOOOOOO, and i never plan to. why ski anything other than snow? I bet atleast 80% of this site has never hit an urban rail.
 
well theres other urban features to hit besides rails but that pain kind of goes away if you've been skating for 10 years. unless you fall of course.
