I think it's fair to say we've all experienced the brutal post-urban-sesh-pain, that is associated with repetitive hiking, eating shit, steezy stomps, and celebratory dancing, but is there a cure?
I always try get a good stretch in before skiing, but I believe I lack the technique.
Any of you have any good post/pre sesh yoga routines?
