I think there's a liability with companies selling just brakes for some bindings. Because you have to take apart the binding to put in ne brakes. I think that's the deal.
Bindings are quite expensive, if you didn't know.

This is actually a possibility. It's really dangerous, but if you can't get it fixed in time, try it. Only do this if you're not going to the park, though. My recommendation.
He's correct. Whatever you do, don't take the brake out entirely. Even if it doesn't do anything, leave it in the binding.
OP, is it just one side of the brakes on one binding, or is it both sides? I've broken a single brake off my FKS and ski with it and have had no problems. Still stops whenever I lose it.
