Ski Ward dry slope

Went yesterday in 90+ degree weather and it still was epic. I stayed for like 4 hours. Me and my friend were lapping alone in the heat and it's super fun! I learned FS swap to FS 2 on the long box and later in the day the rail. I got hurt on the rail and banged my head up nice also I fell on the picnic table jump after I caught an edge, still a great time, I will go back soon.

to anyone going you WILL have a great time, much better than last year and super chill vibe!
 
picnic table 5 ft table jump thing, look at some videos and you'll see, it's like 5 ft across but you can take it to flat. hahaha

If I were you I'd head up there.
 
Had work today but it's been raining for almost two hours now where i am... wouldn't have been a good day to go
 
I went for an hour, I was too afraid to fall to do anything but sliding out the features... I looked rather mediocre
 
yep, It was fun, I went on Sunday and saw a kid, maybe an NSer, with a Wu Tang shirt. I was wearing a light green tye-dye Candy Grind Tall T and had a boarder friend.
 
might be popping up here for a day or two in mid to late august, because my families going out east. Anything I should know about this place or any other places relatively along the coast anyone would recomend? im 15 btw
 
I want to go to one of these, I remember talking to the ski-tuner at Boston Ski and Tennis while getting my skis remounted telling him about Ski Ward which was why I needed them to be mounted by the next day. Funny to see them sponsor a rail jam now. I haven't been to Ski-Ward in a month and I want to go to one of these for sure.

 
Are there prizes at these rail jams? Or is it just like gift cards and shit for ski ward/boston ski + tennis?
 
ayooo i sweeped that shit last year and the prizes were actually pretty good, ski ward gift cards, eastern boarder tees and yeah i think there were ski and tennis gift cards too. i dont think i can make it this week but ill be at the 21st and 5th rail jams
 
Yeah so im going to be up here the fri, sat or sun the 31,1, and 2nd. Anybody down to ski send me a pm, would be great. Would rather then skiing alone all day haha. Also might take a bit to respond, hopping around hotels in canada maritimes atm.

Yeah they changed it a lot. New features, over 250 ft long, and it has the magic carpet going as well.

Should be a good summer.
 
went today with nate, was really fun and its better than last years park... also heard a rumor about something that might be happening here this summer but im not supposed to say anything, pm me if you want to know ;)
 
Not sure if this was your secret or not but I was given permission to tell the public; but ski ward is looking to invest in an airbag (about the size of gunstocks) for summer and winter use. I talked for a while with the guy who runs the place (great facility for rails by the way, lots of fun) and he said they were seriously looking at getting one to implement in their program for this summer. I think it would be dope to have anyone from NS go the day they open it, I know I had a lot of fun just messing around on the rails when I went.
 
yeah this is what i was talking about, the guy i was talking to a few weeks ago said they were supposed to be looking at one soon, not sure if they have or not... an airbag would be dope though
