i went to kyrgyzstan this summer to go trekking and stuff and they are just starting to build ski resorts and trying to build up their tourist industry. the mountains there are amazing and while there i kept thinking how i needed to come back in the winter.

while on a day hike i passed a little ski resort and the mountain looked really sick for skiing

kyrgyzstan does have good skiing. My friend was there for two years in the peace corps, went skiing, said it was excellent
