Ski trip question

im planing a ski trip in early december i want to go out west some place (i live in ontario) and i mainly want to ski powder my question is is this to early in the year and where is the best place to go

I went to Park City last year early December and it was great. I think we had like 3 or 4 powder days when I was there.
