I placed a few sticker orders with them last month and still never recieved it I tried to contact them but they have never gotten back to me.

Does anyone have any other problems with there shipping?

. I know its nothing huge but I do want the stickers before the end of the season..which is just around the corner.

Still no response from anyone or anything in the mail.

Things i ordered the same day from california and Canada arrived here within a week.

Its crazy how I ordered something a 3 hour drive away and still have not gotten that.
 
the same thing happened to me. I purchased a shirt, poster and pack of stickers for a friend and he only received the shirt and poster. The sticker purchase was on the email confirmation I got, and on the invoice included with the package, but there were no stickers in the shipment I got.Haven't gotten a response from them either when I emailed them about it, so I don't know whats going on the StE....
 
Im starting to get upset. I understand this occurs once and awhile but to ignore your customers?

So far this is the poorest customer service I have ever dealt with online.
 
yeah I kinda agree with this. I ordered a shirt and it took me forever to get. However when I was able to get it, they threw in a free dvd with some stickers!
 
Did you receive your items? I shipped orders out this past Friday.
As far as customer service goes, I can assure you that we're addressing this issue. We placed a well-qualified intern in place to handle shipping. Instead of informing us of orders not processed due to items being out of stock, he simply placed them aside. Geoff, Rooster, and I are addressing all of these customer service complaints with the utmost sincerity.
I again apologize for the inconvenience and if you still haven't received your stickers, I'll send them out today personally and punch the intern.

No, but seriously guys, STE is the most legit. I am sure this is a minor hiccup for an otherwise flawless and extremely sick company!
