Aside from STE being so involved in the community and having great products, today I learned they also have amazing customer service. I ordered a phone case and I was really pumped to get it, but USPS lost it and after a long fight with the postal service I was eventually told "well that sucks, sorry we can't help you". So I emailed Ski the East just to let them know and in just a few days I received an email back stating they were sorry for what happened with the postal service and that they would send me out another case! This is why I love companies like ski the east, they understand what it's like to be a skier and always end up having great customer service. Have been a STE customer for years and am definitely going to continue being one! Shoutout to everyone who works there for be awesome and considerate!
 
We just gave our custy serve dude a ham sandwich because of this rad review. Dude loves ham.

I can honestly say that everyone I've ever met that is directly involved in STE is rad to the fucking hilt. Such awesome guys, and the stoke and merch they push is absolutely top notch.

Not to mention the Ski The East Freeride Tour is the raddest thing going on the EC hands down.
