I'm looking for some hella good skiiers to ride with at the Canyons. I always like to ski with people better than me, it forces me to try crazy shit. If anyone is good at freestyle(inverts, spins, rails, etc.) and wants to give me some pointers i would greatly appreciate it. I can hit any size table, i just don't have the balls to pull any spins or anything. I also suck major ass on rails... so ya. I have a season pass at the canyons. I live down in Orem and try to get up there 2 times a week.

I'm kind of unimpressed with their park, they hype their shit so much. I moved up here from CA in aug. and am used to skiing huge parks in tahoe at kirkwood and sierra-at-tahoe. I druel everytime i see Park City's tables from the road. Anybody from tahoe have the same thoughts about los canyons?

meh its a good park for just learning stuff. maybe 35 ft table at the most. i ride there like 3 tiems a week. my cell is 801 815 2034.

The canyon's park is way too small. The biggest table last year that I had the chance to hit was only 40 ft. Park city looks like a fun place, thats where I might be going this winter.

Looks like you fell into all the hype all the other newcomers to utah make about the canyons. Just because it's big, people think it' sthe shit. Canyons sucks man, Park City has way better parks, terrain, snow, everything. I'm not saying Park City's my favorite, I'm just saying you're driving all the way up there, just to drive past a better resort. Have fun skiin' slush man.

anyone who says somthing shitty about "The Can" obviously sucks dick at skiing. The canyons has the illest backcountry access around. Be careful though, i'v seen the biggest avalanche in western summit county come rippin down the draw! scary shit mein

Your right about the backcountry access. The canyons has some of the sickest backcountry, You can always find fresh pow like a week after a storm. My only complain t is the terrain park. There are always little kids on the landings for the tables. I've almost landed on people. Pretty scary. Also the terrain park last year didn't open for a while. It is a fun place and its huge, i've decided to go to the canyons again this year.

^ ya their terrain park was a problem last year.......it didnt open till really late and they nhad so,me nice features but all of these little kids were in the aldnings n shit........but thewy have sickk bc access

Canyons has the best terrain in the PC area (excluding the park), it does however have some nice natural features.

First of all, anyone who calls it "The Can" is an ass wipe. What does that have to do with me being able to ski? I'm talking about the resort itself. He says he wants to do the park, you can't tell me the resort's not hyped up to be more than it is. All I'm saying is that if he's looking for a good park, he should have gotten a PC pass.

I'm not going to rip on your skiing, because I've never seen you ski, but the canyons having the "illest" backcountry around? Bullshit. Been there, done that. If we're talking resorts, Snowbasin and Powder Mountain even have better backcountry. PM is the biggest resort in the US if you count the backcountry. 2,000 acres bigger than the canyons and 50% of that is all backcountry. How many people know about that? Don't talk to me about untracked, uncrowded backcountry resort access.

SHUTUP....Powder Mountain Sucks.please dont go there or to snowbasin.......dont go to snowbasin.....tis reaally bad

listen, the canyons has the only lift serviced backcountry access point on the park city ridgeline, thats all. And don't listen to those guys, Powder Mountain and Snowbasin are the best ski resorts in UTAH
