does any one else race downhill? i decided like spur of the moment to join ski team my senior year and we had our first pratice today. The one kid who like only races, hes the only good kid out of like 5 on the team said i should get diffrent skis, is it that hard to race with twins?

go take his little race skis and shove it up his and tell him to ski on them now? and no its not that hard to ski on twins my friend last year had never raced before last year and came in 1st in the whole state.

 
k2 enemys and i dont want to buy new skis, i was gonna buy some scratches with the naked ladies cuz i liek naked ladies, and i didnt know i need a season pass for the team which is like 350$

i never raced before and a beat some kid with my 1080's last year, it was fun

gates will fuck up your topsheet if you race with your twins. only get new skis if you really care about doing well. if not, your only gonna use them for 1 year so don't even bother.

I am on my schools race teazm to and i use twins, its just an excuse to get out of school to ski. If ur good will smoke hm in a race

They make a big difference but if you dont use them it aint worth it. Get some second hand ones. Theres some good ones on ebay.

 
im just doin it to get out of school to go skiing, we get to skip about 3 days to go to the UP, and its a reason to go skiing everyday, after i just hit up the park, i think ill just race my twins, im only doin it for one year andi was gonna save money to buy some scratches anyway since i dont race

Race skies will help a lot.

If your not going to take racing searsoly then don't bother on buying a pair. Espacily if theres only 1 good kid on the team, and your only going to race for one year.

Your probley going to have a lot of fun racing. I know I loved the day in high school leaving early to go skiing while everbody else is in school.

 
Definitely get racing skis. Definitely shove your racing skis up the other kid's ass. Definitely bone naked ladies...but use a rubber.

i race for my school too and i got my twins but i also got a pair of atomic race skis which kick ass for what they're made to do. if you can find a good deal i'd recommend getting some. then again you could always race the course switch....
