Ski Swap Success Stories?

Were those the ones on the shelving up against the far fence (size 11 or 12 as I recall)? I do remember seeing a few pairs of Jesters on some of the skis, but they were selling them as packages (really expensive packages). I was really hoping for some cheap FKS but I guess I did OK. Have you ever been to the Whistler turkey sale that's coming up in October? Is it worth it? I'd have to get a bus ticket so I don't know if I'll bother.
 
Yeah they're the light green/black ones that were one of the tables against the fence, size 28 in boot sizing, and yeah man I went and checked out the skis/bindings and they were pretty expensive. And no, I've never been to the turkey sale but I think I will this year because I badly need new skis (the edges at the tips of mine are completely ripped out/delaming), so I'll try to get up there if I can. Also you could probably easily hitch/arrange a ride up there without paying 50 bucks for the Greyhound,.
 
Nice find. Good luck with getting new sticks at Whis. I just found out I had a one-liner on CBC News on Saturday evening because they ambushed me with a camera while I was digging around the boots section! Urgh.
