Winter's nearing and here in Park City, the annual Ski Swap went off just this weekend with a ridiculous selection of items. I picked up:

A Brand new Orage Boris Jacket for $125

Brand new Amplid C7's for $275

A bern hard hat for $30

and the 1st place prize goes to the

Line Afterbangs for $60

Anyone else having success picking up some new gear for beat the bank prices?
 
holy shitcakes how did you get afterbangs for 60$? they could easily have sold them for 61$
 
im sold skis that were categorized as"parabolic" , but really they werent even shaped, they just had 'modern" looking graphics (the ski swap did not allow the sale of straight skis)sold 4 of them for 40 bucks apiece, and sold toddler skis for 20 bucks
 
i didnt get anything, but my mom got a pretty decent snowboard with bindings and boots for 150 bucks. i found some sick dalbellos but they were too big
 
Haha some retard tried to sell me old rental poles for $15 today. I didnt buy anything but i got my seasin pass picture
 
brand new burton seven for 180

brand new sick ass rome sds bindings for 100

wasn't for me but i got it for my buddy, didn't buy any ski gear though.. that's what prodeals are for.

some kid on the ski team took off the tag (along with a few other items) and tried hiding them in the back, then some guy found out and was putting all the stuff back. I grabbed them before he even put the tag on them with the absolutely ridiculous price.. so stoked
 
Just got a pair of bacons in pretty good condition with SAS 140 bindings for like $400. Fit my boots perfectly, don't even have to remount.
 
you guys actually have good shit at your ski swaps. i think i beat you though. old purple langes for $5. still using them

i took my young cousins. they made a HAUL! got 3 pair of really nice junior park skis. (fish's, trouble makers, and juvies) all for between 70-85$ (with bindings)

i however just about pissed my pants with excitement. some nice Dynastar speedcourse GS skis with FKS 185s.

and some Rossi worldcup GS skis with 155s. both for $50!

i sold my chronics at ski swap for more than i bought them for and those bangs for 60,, i think i woulda shit my pants
 
I thought I got a sweet deal until I read this thread. FKS 155 on old race skis for $150.
