Setup isn't going to change much for this weekend, since it's vacation week we can't build during the day.
Stinger - Canon, unbow, corrugated, lift tower, close-out, 32' down rail (I'd like to try and fix the lip on this thing...it was the new guys first time...haha), 4-kink, skinny urban down. Jump line (35' step-over, 30' what I'm gonna call a table).
Tom's - Ollie over barrel, double barrel rail, flat rail (in a fenced off section and a drop in so it can be hiked easily and out of the way), hitching post, round rail (with tranny side), 3 mini jump line (5', 15', 10').
Hopefully next week we can rebuild and replace some stuff. I'd like to get some new stuff out...but I'm still not 100% sure where they are and we don't want to go on a hunting mission with the snowcat cause we're worried we'll break them.
I like how the Southington kids are here hating...what's funny is, our park crew is happy to see the Southington crew stepping it up, you guys are working your balls off. However, the kids at your mountain are kinda douchey...and I'm sorry to see that. I find it funny that I'm constantly seeing Southington kids on the internet hating (ironically, I'm also constantly seeing them at Sundown)...but it doesn't seem to be the other way around...odd.
If only people knew the work that went into building parks (especially at small mountains like Southington and Sundown), there wouldn't be any hate towards the park crew (at any mountain). Honestly, anyone who hates on any park crew doesn't deserve to go in the park. Think about the things you say in person or online before asking for stuff from your park crew...they remember how much of an ass you've been.
