At least until April 4th since we have an event that day (of course weather could change this)

There are many factors at play, the biggest being people coming. If no one is coming to the mountain, it'll probably close because what's the point.

mid to late april.... but people generally stop buying day passes in the next week or two sooo
 
park was great today, the flow was nice and the jump was fun, hiking the first lift tower is also fun.

floaty 3s on the jump are prime, same with handrag ones

easily one of the top 5 days ive had this season at any mountain
 
closing on a thursday....... really lol. i'm an employee and didn't hear about it until yesterday afternoon.

you guys still have 2 weeks+ worth of snow... Even if it does rain for 14 hours that wont melt much at all

It didn't get decided until 12:30 yesterday, so you pretty much found out instantly.

As always, it has nothing to do with how much snow there...no one is coming, after school sports have started, people are over winter/snow, it's just that time of year. Believe me, it sucks. Would have loved to be open this weekend, but with rain Friday and Saturday (meaning we'd be closed for weather) and Easter Sunday (meaning no one is coming), it's just not worth it.

very true, last night was definitely the best day/night i've ever had at sundown and the vibe was fuckin perfect, nice job this year on the stinger park (I didn't really go on toms) Everything was pretty much set up perfectly all year too, the jump yesterday was fuckin prime as well. thank u for setting a lot of stuff up urban

time to go up north

I agree, the vibe was amazing last night. Thank you all for coming out and making it epic!

Bittersweetly, I went up to Sundown earlier today. The mountain was completely empty, literally no one around. I sat down and made my final official Ski Sundown video. It's been an awesome 5 years. Thanks for putting up with me, haha. I'll try and make it back to ski every now and then.
