porters@tahoe is good and buddy that heelpiece ripping out is more then likely your fault, not the shops fault
Word. You probably have your dins set soooooper high, and therefore the binding's spring is stronger than the pull of the screw holding it in place.
Therefore, it rips out when you fuck up on a jump.
