Ski Socks

Who makes the best ski socks? Previously used smart wool socks but they were all lost on a flight. (Thank You United)

Tried Darn Tough socks and they just felt like a cheaper version of smart wool socks.

Also Tried a pair of pointsix socks. They were nice but just felt really scratchy compared to smart wool.

Is Smart wool just the best? Or are there some brands im missing out on.

I wear smartwool or stance, only the ultralight versions of each but that’s personal preference. Smartwool is widely regarded as the best sock ski sock but again it’s all personal preference

I had darn tough, threw them in the garbage now I only wear smart wool , ultralight, and light keep me warmer the mediums cause the blood flows better and they are comfortable

Anyone tried Le Bent? I've been on the Smartwool train for a few years but Le Bent looks intriguing. They sponsor Sammy Carlson and the Townsends

A long time ago i used to use wool or synthetic socks but they would always make my feet sweat for some reason and then my feet would get cold.

But for years i have been using regular white cotton socks and my feet stay warm and dry and dont sweat at all. My boots pretty much smell brand new as well.

cotton socks make your feet feel like there is air getting to them. Wool socks or synthetic feel like a swamp. Especially if its warm out.

saving money on ski socks after i spend them on some center mounted on3ps and full tilts without seeing a boot fitter
