The purpose of this study is to determine how people of different age

groups perceive snowboarding and the differences in their motivations to

snowboard as opposed to any other winter activity.

Done. Few comments though... You need to have a neither agree or disagree option. And you really need to re-word some of the questions. Particularly the ones where you use future and past tense.

The wording was certainly tricky and I think I was trying too hard to make the question work given a few scenarios instead of just provided an additional option choice. Next time I'll get it right, damnit!
 
Done. I would like to see the results after. Word of advice: in the future, look over the questions more carefully before posting. There are a few typos.
 
Done, but the wording of the survey is definitely not done well. Making surveys is difficult, not hating on you, but there are many things I would have done different. I left my specific comments at the end. Cheers!
