SHORT VERSION AT BOTTOM :D

Alright i know its my 2nd post i just found this site so dont h8 me plz :D

But i had question, i jsut started freestyling this year im about 5' 7" and 140 lbs.

All my friends told me to buy skis shorter because they are easier to freestyle with, So i bought some 147cm Rossi Scratch FS Pro's. They are pretty nice but for next year im trying to size up and get an idea i was thinking to go bigger , seeing as in alot of videos people have big skis even for FS, dont call me noob but i dont need to worry about spinning intense fast the most ive ever spun is a 720 and i think a 1080 is far out of reach, so i just need a good pair of skis good length for me for next year, i want to be able to spin fairly well and jib fine seeing as in NEast its mostly jibbing for me since the jumps always suck alright thanks

SHORT VERSION

Im 5' 7" and 140lbs wtf length skis i need?

i think that 168-175 would be perfect for you. i am 5'7 and weigh 145 pounds and i am getting 179's for next year.

i would say you could go anywhere between like 155 and 175. if your a good skier go with longer. i just made a 20cm jump and i thought it would mess me up but you get used to it quickly. my skis basically curl over my forehead. even if the skis are a little over your head, you can handle them if your a good skier. spinning also isn't much different so dont worry about that

im 5 8 and i use 175, id use 170s if i were you, i know it might seem long at first, but you get used to it, and can get loads more speed

^yea you were anyway I would go with 164-170 because it really isn't that much different spinning on small and large skis. If you can spin you can spin

Alright thanks for the help, Sounds like ima go with 160-165 next yr seeing as i still cant believe in going with 170+ lol
