Ski Size

sorry to ask this question again but its buggin me...im 5'5-5'6 127lbs and im wonderin if i should get somethin in the 160 range or step it up to like a 169-170..ive only been on twins one year and i need some opinions. Also what would be a good all mtn ski for me.

With your size go with 165-170 theyll last longer and youll have better control.

170 and you'll grow into em'. 180 is way too long for you in a modern ski.

Im 5'5 maybe 5'6 tops and i rode a 168 scratch last seasin. If i could i would even get a 174. BUt ya dont go any shorter than a 170

Agreed. I'm about 5'7'. 125 lbs. Ride 168 scratch. Alot of shops might tell you to go with a shorter ski, but if you know how to ski, you can easily adapt to almost any ski. As long as it is not extreme in either direction. Around 170 would be an awesome ski for ya.

seems a lot of people are askig about what size skis they should get, perhaps someone could come up with a sizing chart or somekind? It would certainly help a lot of people, although I guess in teh end ski size is a personal choice.
