Ski size problem

yea, well anywaz i am currently 120 pounds and wondering weather or not i should get the 161 or 171 anthem. but the anthem is a pretty large ski and in a 171 i would do i drastic change from a 157 chronic wide...i know that 161 is definetly a small size and i will quickly outgrow it but due the extra width and large dimensions shouldnt i be fine ? or will i regret me decision quickly.

how tall are you but i would go with the 171 cuz its gunna feel shorter center mount

im like 5'6 (i normally find weight is the most important factor) and i ski 75/25 park/allmountain. im an average skiier, not amazing but not shitty.

the extra length is definitly a good idea, you wont notice to much difference in park, and your all mtn. will be much nicer

I want from a 158 to a 176. It took a few days to get used to the length, but I liked it alot more.

definately go with the 171. I went from 141s to 168 scratches when I was 5'5 and about 125, best thing i've ever done. You'll find them so much more stable. You'll definately be sweet if they're at centre
