Alright...I need some new skis and need some advice on size

Height: 5'7"

Weight: 115 or 120

Terrain: 95% park ,5% groomers

Level: Advanced

would 171s be too long for me or just about right..I might grow an inch between now and the season FYI

thank you NS

ya i wouldn't go any shorter than 166 which would work good if u like short skis while 171 would feel more comfortable if u like long or skis that are the same height as u

ya 160 would be way to short. if u think your going to grow i would get 175s. but for your height right now 171s are pretty good

my current skis are 161 Armada THalls (soft) but im thinking of getting some 175 4FRNT TNKs (stiffer). Does the difference in stiffness make it too big of a jump from 161 to 175?

Last season i was using 161 line invaders, we have a ski/snowboard freestyle camp at the end of each season. At the camp we were allowed to demo 4frnt skis, i demoed the 08/09 175 4frnt TNKS and i adapted to them in 1 run. I instantly enjoyed the more stability i had with the 175s, i actually enjoyed those skis 2x more than my invaders and i had only ridden them once. However I dont really liek stiff skis but it wasnt hard at all to adapt, so you def shouldnt have any problems.

if you ski 95% park, any ski between 171-175 or so would be perfect if you center mounted them. they would ski a bit shorter, and would spin better and be better on rails too.
