I am 5'9" and i am looking for a pair of volkl walls and was wondering if 177 cm would be to big for me for a park ski and also i was wondering if it really makes a difference if u have a park boot verses a normal ski boot

for boots its just pretty much flex and they are comfertable and padding in certain spots. But if you already have normal boots they should work fine

You should be fine with a 177, because they're symmetrical and they'll ski shorter that way.
As for boots, the difference is usually comfort, padding and shock absorption. "park" boots are usually big inside, comfy liners, and softer flexing. Think SPK or Agent 80. However, an Agent 110 (park/freeride), being the same shell as a Dragon 100 (all mountain) has few differences.
Other than that, it's not too different. If you find a non-park boot that fits great, don't be influenced to get a "park" boot that doesn't fit as well. Fit is the biggest factor.
