Ski Sickness?

On some days, especially if Im in the park all day where spinning is involved, I start to feel really dizzy, nauseous and clammy after a while. Sometimes I puke and feel better, other times It goes away after like an hour of chilling. It doesnt happen every day but when it does it really fucking sucks. Ive started reffering to this as ski sickness. Does anyone else ever get this?

are you remembering to eat and drink? are you doing any drugs? do you remember to breathe when youre skiing?

My dad got sick for years while skiing. It turned out to be Altitude Sickness. He takes ibuprofen or Advil (idk which) before he skis every time now and is completely fine. Although if your hill isn't high at all then nevermind!

yo smoke some maryjane when your dizzy or before you ski. that should help the nausea. It helps me and cancer patients medicinally for nausea and dizzyness so it shld help you to, plus it gets you high so win win right?
