Ski Resorts near Boise...

Hey guys,
I have the chance to go to Boise for a couple of days around March (sisters swimming regionals). Is there any resorts/ ski places not to far from Boise, that are worth going to? I looked at Bogus, and Sun Valley. Are there any others? Sun Valley looks a bit too far, and the threads on Bogus dont seem to promising... Also, Looking for a mountain with a park...

bogus is the nearest one. its an average mountain with a little park. brundage is mostly for riding mountain and its a good one and a half hour drive from boise. sun valley is pretty far but is worth the drive if you got the time
 
we made it back from sunvalley to boise in an hour and fourty five minutes. if you can do a little driving. but if you can get the time sunvalley is were you want to be. and even if not you could just shred bogus. it may not have a good park, but if your here and have nothing better to do you might as well ski, especially when its like a half hour away
 
You got to Sun Valley in an hour and 45 minutes from Boise? I map quested it, and it said 3 hours or so.. Id like to stay within 2 hours of Boise.Is Bogus a pretty good mountain though?
 
no they are being sarcastic......bogus sucks dick but so does brundage.....to bad you have to come out here thats a huge bummer
 
bogus is alright. if your only going for a couple days its not that bad. but since we've all lived here for 16+ years we hate it.

schweitzer actually isn't bad. def way out of the question on this thread... but just had to prove a point.

if you're looking for a park anywhere near Boise, you won't find one.
 
If you want to make that claim sound legitimate, say, "every single resort in southern idaho sucks balls."
