Ski rental

Is there anywhere in the Seattle area that rents out skis such as the SFB, shreditor, bentchetlers, etc? I'm looking to buy a new pair, leaning towards the sfbs, but I'd like to actually ride them before dropping a ton of cash.

You can demo skis at crystal and probably Stevens, most places have demo days later on in the season too where you can try a wide variety of skis.

Many stores also have demo fleets with a 'try before you buy' program that won't cost you anything if you buy the skis from them.

I know about demo skis at stevens and crystal, I just didn't think they had the ones I was hoping to try. I'll take a look around a stores though. Any in particular that do that?

Pro ski in seattle or north bend may have what you are looking for. I would try to get in touch with them.

evo should have a demo program again this year, there was never one rolled out last year because of the lack of snow but there was one the year before. I could see something like a Shreditor or Bacon in the program but probably not the chetler, but maybe.

I'm going up there tomorrow anyways, I'll ask em in person. Thanks!
