Ski Premieres in/around NYC

I know premiere season is already coming to a close, but are there any to look forward to near the NYC area?

October 4th is Level 1's premiere. That's all I know of.
 
Nov 28th is the TGR premier at the Highline Ballroom. TGR is usually the best one. Poorboyz isnt coming to NYC this year. Matchstick has one too but Im not sure of the date.

Where is the Level 1 premier? REI?
 
Ah yes, forgot about MSP! They are coming on October 23rd. Thanks for that one.

TGR would be good, but both their premieres (The Dream Factory and Further) are 20 bucks. So fuck that.

And to answer your question, right now I'm homeless living on friend's couches, usually in Williamsburg.
 
I'm going to matchstick, meathead and stept are coming to NYC, they haven't released a date yet tho.
 
I don't see anything about a NYC stop for Stept? That would be sick though. And will have to keep checking for a Meatheads date to be announced.

So far it's MSP on Oct 23rd and TGR on Nov 28, but they're both $20... I may or may not be there.

Standard Films will be coming Dec 1, may as well hit that one up too!
 
YES! heading over there tonight with a bunch of guys from work, gonna be sick! Keep an eye out for a tall white lanky kid who's with a hippie wearing a nordica shirt (most likely he'll have one on, seeing as he's the rep) and an asian guy wearing an edollo new ear military bucket. NS callout will be mandatory
 
headed there after work with a friend, I think I should have a black breaking bad shirt on...now sure what non-suit clothes I packed this morning when i was leaving for work-
 
Ill be there with my GF and one other guy. He's tall & skinny and probably wearing a black north face thing. Ill be wearing jeans and probably a grey jacket.
 
it seems there are going to be multiple tall people there. Thought i was a lone wolf lol, anyways, i'll be wearing a high fives t shirt with a baby blue nordica truckers hat!
 
wtf guys? I was thinking at least 1 person would say hi, you knew who we were, we were the people yelling the whole time hahaha. Yea barbraaaaa! WOOOOO, yea babs!
 
How was it? Money is super tight for me right now so I decided not to go, but instead I stayed home and regretted it all night.

Anyone know of any decent bars around there to pregame before the movie? Ideally with drink specials on a Wednesday?
 
Im going tonight.

There are plenty of bars in the area over there. Especially by the Standard Hotel. There is the beer garden in there plus there are a few other hole in the wall bars on Little West 12th.

But there will be drinks there and the doors open an hour early.
 
Was going to brown bag it, but they might not like that if they're serving drinks there. If you see someone getting kicked out for trying to bring in alcohol, that'll be me.
 
got offered tickets through our volkl rep, no one else wanted to go :( but i already watched it, have fun!
