the music is all rock with the exception of sammy carlsons segment which has dl incognito and peter olenicks segment which has "too hot" by swollen members
 
They're good. I enjoy listing...but I enjoyed listing to them in ski movies, espically PBP/PBP-style movies 3-5 years ago. I think the swollen members/ski movie marraige is long over with. Divorced if you will.

is PBP doomed to a MSP fate? If this shitty music is any indicator, the ski world might be in trouble. Canadian alt-hip hop WAS good. WAS. It had its day in the spotlight. I realize getting big name music approved for movies is probably a hooooge bitch, but c'mon Johnny. Do your fans better than that.

uhh no they just dont like mediocre hip hop with pathetic lyrics.

They're songs are kinda catchy but having said that anyone who says that anyone who doesn't like them has no taste in music has no taste in music. They're lyrics are pathetic the only good stuff is the beats and they're no that good.

Sweatshop union is where it's at for that style
 
Exactly what I thought while watching...

So strange that they chose Rise Against for Hatveit's segment... if anything, Rise Against is best used for big mountain / big line shots... not urban. Either way, I was pretty pleased to hear it...
 
i think swollen in ski movies is kinda fun.  it brings me back to the good ol' days of like parkasaurus and stuff. 
 
did you all notice the use of pennywise? pennywise is in all sorts of ski movies too. who cares if it works and it's good music.
 
Definitely reminiscent of early 2000s ski movies. Propaganda is one of my favorite movies purely because of all the Face to Face... R.I.P. Face to Face...
 
pennywise is a quality, legendary punk band that murders it. swollen members is a b-quality canadian rap group with no street cred, fronting like they will kill me if i do anything.

Andreas' part was first made with "loosing friends" by Death From Above, which personally I like alot more than that rise against song, BUT, they turned out to be total faggots and said they didn't want their song in a ski movie, no matter what we were willing to pay them.

Fuck you death from above. I can't belive I still like your music, I fucking suck. I'm confused.
