Ski pole length?

stand up, hold your arms down at your sides and then bend at the elbow 90*. Measure this distance plus an inch or two is what i've heard.

im 6 ft and mine are like 50 inches but thats big, but i like big ass poles they help you move around faster

Easy way to do it. Go to the ski shop, grab a pole, flip the pole upside down, and grab it below the basket. If your elbow is bent at about a 90 degree angle, its a good fit.

your poles shouldnt exceed you height when you stack them on top of eachother

yeah the whole 90 degree thing is a good fit. im 6 feet and ride 47 inch poles but i should be riding 50.

Not wearing poles is alot like getting a blowjob from a guy...It feels good until you look down and realize you're gay.

frampizzle or whatever you suck cock you listened to the NS guy a few months back that was talking about that for pole length. he was wrong. you are wrong. you bend over so far, unless your in a prison and are desperate to get some, you shouldnt ever bend over that far

Im now Libertarian.

And sexy as hell.

hold the ski pole. you want your elbow to be around 90 degrees when the pole is touching the ground. i go a bit smaller cause i hate big poles in the park

I'm 6'1 or so, and I'm on 52'' (130), but that's a bit long for my taste. 125 would be better. Strangely, it's hard to find poles shorter than 120... shops around here have about 1-2 pairs of 110-115.

my poles are freaking large... i hate them. but i have heard that a reliable way is the elbow thing. they should come up to ur elbow when ur arms are bent at 90 while laying by ur side.
