Ski pole grips

So I tried removing the grips on my poles with warm water, but they won’t come off. Any other ways I could remove them?

If you can fit a straw or a nozel under the grip, try spraying some cooking oil in it

You can try going from boiling water to ice water in a bucket a couple of times to try to break the bond.

Get a clamp and just start doing little jolts. Got mine off easy

but I have solved the issue.. by basically cutting the top part of my poles that was holding my grips off and putting bike grips as replacement. ( they are slightly shorter)

Or a vise like this works. I used this for my poles, also acts as a cheap way to wax and sharpen skis
