yea i pretty much drew it in pen so that makes it even cooler...

 
even after three tries, you're still gonna have to post it on the internet before you can link it.

but who knows, maybe the 4th try will do it
 
I was expecting it to be something insane, like too good for the real ski pictures thread, but instead I see this.

it's good that it has it's own thread, as not to mar the excellency that is the real sketch thread.

keep it pure in there.
 
what the hell did YOU expect? You wanted to share it with us, and people told you what they thought of it. Dont make excuses for anything you do. You were obviously proud of it, otherwise it would have stayed off the forum

I hate it when people make excuses; especially for their videos. "Here's my dope ass video, check it out! Oh, but keep in mind i was sick when i edited it, and my camera stopped working for one part, etc" Fuck off. I dont give a damn if you were sick. Maybe you shoudl have re-edited it when you got better. DOnt make excuses. When you create something and give it to the public, it isn't really yours anymore and you have to accept that some people will not like it.

I never said it sucked. I just was trying to get the point across that you shouldn't let it bother you so much that some people didnt like it. It's a helluv alot better than i could do so i'm not gonna diss it. just dont persue a career in art...
 
actually, im not that bad at art. I won like awards and stuff in shows. like in art class with paintings and oil pastels and stuff like that im top of the class. but, like i stated before, this is just a pic i drew in my spare time in study hall.
 
dude, dont let everyone being a bitch to you stop you. thats pretty good man. the skier could definately use some work... but people are hard to draw. the stair set it incredibly well rendered. i challenge everyone who gave you shit to draw a stair set in perspective that well. keep it up man, it will look better with practice.
