Ski Pass Debate

ok...we are having a debate on ski passes and free days.

So...in a figurative ski land, a season pass costs $500. A ski pass, for a day, is $50.

If you ski 10 days, are all days after that free because you already paid the same amount as buying day passes?

OR

Is it that the more you ski, the less money you pay per day?

No, the more you use it the better investment it becomes. Therefore all days after 10 are not free, they just make the 500 a better investment of money. Putting 500 down and skiing 11 times is not as good as putting 500 down and skiing 50 times. Each time you ski the cheaper each day gets.

This could be one of the dumbest questions ever asked. Adult OP ends up 200k underwater on his mortgage and is like, "HOW THE FUCK DID THAT HAPPEN?!"

oh the education system, or is the problem the logical and common side sense of your brain has been removed because if thats the case then you being an idiot is acceptable

Lucky option #3. All days are free. The 500 is a sunk cost. After you pay it, it doesn't matter. The first day is as free as the 50th.

Cost of a days skiing = cost of pass/number of days skied. The more you go skiing, the cheaper it is to go on a per day basis!

But what he's saying is if you ski 500 times, does that mean you pay for 10 days and get 490 free ones? or does each day cost a dollar? Either way im pretty sure it doesnt matter, i like the free days one.
