mine are nothing but a shell. if your legs get hot easily, thats what i recommend. you can always put something under them, however warm you want to be. but you cant exactly rip out a liner...

I have a pair of Mountain Hardwear Ethereal FTX bibs- they're basically a high end GoreTex shell. I love them though, I use them for everything from skiing to ice climbing and mountaineering. Great product- but they retail at $400, so probably not too practical if you're on a budget.

I have some north face ones.. cost $110 I think, there nice, kinda feel like garbage bags, but I like them a lot. I would reccomend just going for something comfortable, and either warm or cool, who cares if it says north face.

go to a resale shop, and pick up a pair of those sweet Spyder training pants, the skin tight kind with the padding in the shin area, that way you won't trash your boots running gates, they ROCK!!! just talk to the guy in the lodge with the Norwegian sweater named Hans, he'll hook you up. Don't forget to ask him about those sick 220cm Harts he's rocking, they're great if you have a problem with going too slow off of jumps, because you can't turn! trust me.

so yeah i just went out today and i did what somone said up there ^^^^^^^^ i just used pajama pants and like 5 dollar walmart slush pants i think they were called and it worked ok but by the end of the night i was soaked so i really need some good pants bad but i also have nooo money so like under 100 bucks is all i can afford

bonfires. their great, fit great, super warm, only like 80 bucks. i think snowboard pants work just as great as ski pants having tried both
