I have some Burton pants and they kick ass. My older brother gave them to me (who is a snowboarder) cuz they don't fit him anymore. Like $250 pants for FREE! woohoo.
fate makes some good stuff as does predator, but everything is so expensive cause its the 'cool' brand, i just buy my stuff cheap at the SNIAGRAB at GART, i got my kick ass pants for like 30 bucks, ive never heard of the brand before but they are good pants
For those who care, the Bonfire Fusion line is by far the best bang-for-buck outerwear made... it's 10,000mm/10,000g/cm2 waterproof/breathable (Entrant is 5,000/2,500) and it goes around $150 for pant or jacket.
Sessions are sweet. I got a pair off ebay, new for about 50 dollars. Just go and type Sessions Snowboard Pants and then your size XL, L, M, etc and there is one guy who is selling a ton of pairs. I have been super pleased with mine. As always Oakley is always good too.
I have Bonfire pants, and they rule. My only complaint is the fact that they get somewhat cut up down by the ankle area, on the inside part of the leg, from my edges hitting here and there. But other than that, they're super nice, I really like them.
check out bfa. they have a removable bottoms so you can transfer bump pant designs without buying a whole new pair. if you ski bumps... whatever tho . they are comfy as hell and big. 125 bones at local shop at stratton
some snowboard pants kick ass over anything made as 'ski pants.' but sometimes they have buttons/snaps/drawstrings on the calf that can be really annoying with ski boots.
Worst stuff I ever bought was by 'Inside Edge' It started coming apart all over like someone had slashed it with a knife.
i dont know if anyone likes these but i wear Couloir, my cousin gave them to me and i have yet to be disapointed. There so nice, but i dont know if you could call them 'freeride' pants or whatever.
