I need a ski pack that can also hold my camera and lenses. does anyone use the dakine camera block with their other packs besides the sequence and the mission? thanks for the help
 
just use the sequence, its way good for a photographer but im not sure about cinematographer.
 
thats what i was thinking, i was debating between the sequence and mission, the mission is cheaper but doesnt carry skis, but i dont know how much id be hiking anyways

 
i like my mission. you might be able to rig the straps to hold skis. plus theres a camera pocket by the neck
 
I have the mission. You can can get it to carry skis. either use the straps it comes with in some odd way or just sew a loop on the bottom corner so you have diagonal ski carry. its what I did and it works like a charm
 
it's pretty tight, I always use mine. great for with the camera, and when I take the cam block out, I basically have a helipro.
 
I think I'm gonna buy one now, I really wanted the helipro too but its a waste for me with no camera capabilities. hm, camo or black? I wish they had white like the helipro but it'd get dirty in a second. plus it's kinda flashy for a bag I don't want to draw attention to if it has tons of $$$ in camera equipment inside.

theres a dakine womens backpack on a certain site right now for 15$ hop on it quick it might be gone already.
