Ski? Or don't Ski?

So i pulled some muscles in my leg last tuesday (November 18th) longboarding and i have been offered a day trip to whistler tomorrow. Should i take this chance and take her easy and try and feel it out or should I continue to rest up for the next 4-5 days when my local hill opens.
Help me out NS!
p.s. Ill be sure to give out some free karma to the people who give me good advice

are you in a lot of pain when you just walk around? because skiing would probably be even more painful. Unless its an epic pow day tomorrow you might just want to take it easy until your leg heals properly

Personally I would go. You dont have to do any hard shit cause you dont want to get hurt and be out for the rest of the season, but just ripping groomers is more fun then not skiing at all.

i ahve a really fucked up shoulder and i cant even wash my hair..i cant put my arm up that high and it sucks but i would go ski man... thats an awesome offer to let go...GO SKI!

As much as I want to say ski, i would take it easy. It is better to let your leg heal so you can ski for the rest of the season, rather than fuck it up more at whistler and potentially be out of the season for good. It depends on how bad your pulled muscle is

go to whistler with the intent to ski but if you get there and you legs aren't feeling good, just chill in whistler all day

It really just depends on your leg if its bad then dont fuck up your season, but it has been awhile so i'd say just go ski

Well, many of us on NS would kill for a chance to shred Whistler. But then again, if you get to go there a few times every year you might want to take it easy. Still, I'd hit it and just see how it feels.

Oh christ... you pulled a muscle jesus I mean... you got your mom to kiss it for you right? I mean man your vagina must really hurt right now. ++vibes my friend, better not go to whistler and rest up. Who knows, you might twist your ankle or something next~

ahhhhh i was suppose to go to mammoth today with a friend, but my knee has been bunk for the past 3 weeks

siiiiinnnnnnnnnnnnn this is NS
but it's true, whoever said go and see how u feel and decide if you're skiing while you're up there is probably the smartest move. Whistler's an ill place to spend a day. Hit up Earl's and just enjoy the waitresses.

noodles, don't noodles

You are too concerned with what's what and what will be. There is a saying "Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift, that is why its called the present".

So eat noodles and go skiing.

Id take one run..see how the leg feels, and if it hurts..just stop chill in whistler or pic up a camera. but if it feels good, go tear it up.

as long as you don't try a whole bunch of insane shit, you'll be fine. i pulled muscle is more a brain thing than anything. once you get skiing, u won't even realize its hurt, at least thats how it is with me. personally, it hurts more when i'm just walking than when i'm doing sports or something active. but its your call.
