Ski NZ 06-07 Any updates

I am going to NZ in 10 days for 6 weeks of skiing. Anyone know where is best out there?

And just as important do they stock K2 out there?

-fakie_nz- is the man to ask. but basically it's either queenstown or wanaka. these are ski/party towns that each have like 2/3 resorts within 20 mins drive.

if live in the park go wanaka - snowparknz.

For a bit of everything, stay in queenstown - great nightlife and decent mountains around you...

They do stock K2, last summer they had all this winters gear.

Apparently they're having a good start to the season, most places are open now and there's a bit of pow about.

I was in Queenstown last season, but I reckon I'd go to Wanaka if I went again, pricier passes though.
