mix it up, anything that gets you motivated. Anything that gets you going or pumped, or ready to kick some serious ass. Anything that gets you up and going is good shit. Skiing on beat also helps so get some phat beats going too.

u need ur most fav song. if its a slow song then get a song that has alot of bass. i dont know why but alot of bass always gets me pumped
