Ski mounting

Hey guys, I just picked up my new AR7's from my ski shop today after getting mounted. After looking at them for a while, I noticed they aren't mounted dead centre. They are aboput 1.5 inches back (from my judgement). I was wondering how this would affect my performance in park, all mountain, skiing switch, etc. Should I just leave them like that or take them back and get them remounted dead centre? Thanks.

Personally not at all.If you go dead centre you are going to be fighting the natural sidecut and flex of the ski, but on the other hand a lot of guys have gone dead centre and really liked them.

No, I estimated like 1.5 inches, (I just used my judgement and fingers so it's not that accurate) but you can visibly tell it's alot further back.

1.5 in is 3.8cm. So approx 4cm back of ski center given his estimation.

4cm isn't too far outside the norm for all-mountain mount.

I'm not knowledgeable enough to know the sidecut geometry on the A7's but that may be ok for them.

Definitely not a park exclusive setup but if it was geared all-mountain ski for you it would probably work.
