Freeze is my favorite but like ^ said, it's a jib magazine. Freeze is loaded with high quality pictures, VERY helpful trick tips, and hilarious articles. Worth WAY more than you pay for it.

SBC skier might be the worst magazine ever unless you are fluent in canadian english. maybe the stuff they write is supposed to be funny up north in canada? i dunno i just didnt like their writing style at all. really nice photos though

oh shit yeah SBC skiier is so funny up north here. the articles really have a lot to do with canadians and their skiing but sometimes they put too much stuff about west coast big mountain in it

freeze is really awesome too

 
why is it that no one likes articles on real skiing in here? Oh ya i forgot that people on this site dont accually ski. SBC Skier is a pretty sick mag i think. Articles accualy worth reading.

lol the bookstore by my house only carries SBC skier and this is fuckin atlanta...it has no other ski mags lol........but I like SBC, axis, powder, FREEZE and FREESKIER.....i like how freeskier covers more up and coming talent, the interview they had with liam downey was like 4 months ahead of freezes

skiing is actually a pretty good mag. they ahve some pretty intersting stories in der. but freeskier is what i subscribe to and its pretty much awsome, freeze is deff a goood mag to thogh

my girlfriend got me a subscription to 'skiing' or 'ski' mag or something. i think they sent me a total of like 4 mags over 15 months. i was kind of confused but then didn't care after realizing i didn't need to retire quite yet.

 
i suscribe to freeskier and powder. Freeskier gets on my nerve sometimes bc they have stupid shit in there. like soft porn, who likes soft porn give me all or nothin. if i want to see naked chicks i'll go get a porno. but when i'm lookin at a ski mag i wanna ski some fucking skiing. freeskiers actual articles about skiing are kick ass tho.

Keenen is right. I had a skiing subscription for a while because it was super cheap at a ski expo, but after reading a few I was convinced that it was only for the 30 years old or greater crowd with a household income of greater than 150,000. Freeze and Powder are really good though. Had those mags for years.

Axis Magazine has lots of potential,

Freeze is on top of it and SBC Skier is good if you want back country content, but for Newschool they suck ass. plus the covers are boringly the same style over and over again...
