i just ordered a magazine called FREEZE and i wanted to know if that was a wise choice and if not wat other ones are good!!

 
FREEZE is the shit. Freeskier is pretty good too. Freeze usually has the most info and the sickest photos, and I like how Freeskier does their layout, it is much cleaner than any other magazine. A new mag supported by the guys at Powder is Axis. It is short now, but it is pretty good and it'll grow.

freeze has the most info? lol - that's funny. it's got like, what?... 2 or 3 photo essays in each issue? pretty to look at, but in no way the mag with the most content.

you're probably american - try to get a hold of sbc skier - than you won't be saying 'freeze is the shit' anymore.

yea im american too...i looked into sbc but i didnt really find much..do any other people from the us get that mag..and if so where

 
yeah freeze is good, but i like freeskier more and im tryin to get a subscription to SBC

i sent in my $$ for a subscription to SBC skier like 2 weeks ago. Its the best magazine if your not a 2 year old and actually want some decent written content.

Is SBC like more new school than SKIER magazine cause i got one of those and i didnt like it alot, alot of boring content.

You know something that would really make me applaud? A guy gets stuck in quicksand, then sinks, then suddenly comes shooting out, riding on water skis. How do they do that?
 
freeze sucks, it's sold out and lame. sure, the photos are good, but it's mostly shit you'll see in next years movies anyway. that mag is like obsessed with people named Shane, they only have like 6 issues a year and yet they gave poseley a cover. also it's short as hell and has barely any good content. pretty much the only consistently decent thing in freeze is the liftie of the month. save your money or buy a snowboarding mag.

 
Freeze does suck ass. The only reason i get it is to support the industry. But otherwise, its a piece of shit mag. Ridiculously short, there are typos all over it, and it's written so poorly.

SBC Skier is the best I've seen yet.

i have a subscription to freeze and it licks my balls. my balls are kinda sweaty too so it makes for a pretty shitty time. the articles are piss poor, but they make you feel really smart. most issues are thin as that one ply crap you find in the washrooms of gas stations...but if you crumple it up into balls you can sorta start a fire with it.
