SKI Magazine Olympic Issue lacking pipe/slopestyle coverage

Do any of you get this magazine? It's pretty similar to Powder mag and all the others but I was looking through the new January Issue (2014 Olympic Special Edition), expecting some cool stuff about the athletes of our style of skiing and such, and it barely even mentions the new freeskiing events. The magazine has one full page picture of Aaron Blunck with a few words, and then a tiny snippet of words from JP Auclair with a picture of Torin.

I don't know, I was expecting some big article about the addition of these events from our sport but it hardly has anything about it at all. It's almost as if they barely consider pipe and slopestyle to be skiing quite honestly.

Not only that, but they didn't take any time at all to look into what they were writing about as they label Torin Yater Wallace as a "15 year old." Kind of a disrespectful thing to do for one of our most talented skiers.

Anyone else get this magazine and feel a little empty about the lack of pipe/slopestyle coverage? Sure it isn't downhill race skiing or whatever but skiing's still skiing right? I'm feeling like it isn't being taken seriously, with them at least

The kind of guys that hate anyone that skis in the park or snowboards
 
Ski mag is like powder? Seriously? Ita nothing like it. Maybe i havent looked at one in a while, they had more articles about real estate and fancy cars than skiing. Ski fucking sucks. I would never expect it to have anything about jibbing. As far as they a are concerned, aerials are at the height of progression.
 
Ski and skiing are the most worthless publications out there. But yeah even for those guys its a miss.
